Our vision and mission
The industry Consortium CosPaTox stands for Cosmetics, Packaging and Toxicology. Our aim is to accomplish the so far missing specific safety standards for high-quality Post-Consumer Plastic Recyclates (PCRs) for cosmetics and other household packaging as well as the implementation of on-site measurement methods for recyclers.
The CosPaTox Project
We have set ambitious targets and an aspiring timeline: within 24 months, we aim to establish a dossier to facilitate the implementation of an EU voluntary industry standard.
Membership
CosPaTox Consortium counts major European brand owners of the cosmetic industry, hygiene and detergents & cleaning agent sector, committed recycling companies, plastic manufacturers and plastic convertors.
